WasteFlow was founded by a group of passionate EPFL alumni, driven by a shared commitment to making a real impact on the environment. We saw recycling as one of the most urgent and high-potential levers for change. An industry full of challenges, but also opportunity.

\nFrom the very start, we took an unconventional path. We approached our first clients with a proposal: let us use your plant as a real-world lab. What began as a necessity quickly became a strength.

\nWe developed our first prototype hand in hand with them, shaping the system directly on the ground, in response to real conditions, real constraints, and real people.

\nThis close collaboration didn\u2019t just make the product better; it made it theirs. It taught us that the smartest systems aren\u2019t built in isolation. They\u2019re raised together.
